  • Inspect and approve incoming raw materials (threads, resins, FRP, metals) to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Perform in-process and final product inspections to guarantee dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and functional performance.
  • Utilize precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, pressure testing, leakage testing equipment).
  • Monitor machining processes (CNC, lathes, milling) to ensure adherence to tolerances and engineering drawings.
  • Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection records, test reports, rejection reports, nonconformance reports (NCR), and corrective action requests (CAR).
  • Track and analyze key quality metrics such as rejection rates, scrap levels, customer complaints, and machine performance KPIs.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly quality reports for management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize recurring quality-related issues.
  • Train operators and technicians on quality awareness and inspection techniques.
