Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Programmer Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in machining and cutting using computer-controlled machines, with practical knowledge in plasma cutting, 3 Axis CNC machines, and tape saw operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Programming and Operation: Program and operate computer-controlled machines, including plasma cutting machines, 3 Axis CNC machines.
2. Reading and Interpretation: Master the reading of manufacturing drawings, technical documents, and product specifications. Read and analyze blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines based on specifications.
3. Product Design: Translate product designs into computer modeling software, ensuring accurate representation and execution.
4. Assembly Skills: Possess expertise in assembly methods and techniques. Coordinate with team members for efficient assembly processes.
5. CND Control: Demonstrate knowledge of CND (non-destructive) control methods to ensure product quality and compliance.
6. Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of quality assurance by thoroughly reading, analyzing, and interpreting drawings, technical documents, and product specifications.
7. Inventory Management: Collaborate with the purchasing manager to maintain inventory levels of raw materials. Track consumables for each machine and report any shortages or issues.
8. Training: Train new staff members on machine operation procedures to ensure a safe and productive working environment.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a CNC Machine Programmer Technician in a manufacturing setting.
2. Proficiency in programming and operating plasma cutting machines, 3 Axis CNC machines, and tape saws.
3. Strong ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings, technical documents, and product specifications.
4. Experience with CND control (non-destructive) methods.
5. Familiarity with assembly methods and techniques.
6. Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings for machine setup.
7. Ability to comprehend product designs into computer modeling software.
8. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
9. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
