Job Title: Financial Manager

🎯 Job Purpose

To lead the financial strategy of the company, ensure accurate financial reporting, optimize cost control, manage cash flow, and support the company’s growth and compliance objectives.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against KPIs.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital.
• Lead cost analysis and support cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal controls.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure accuracy of records (GL, AR, AP, payroll).
• Contribute to strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Evaluate and implement financial systems or ERP tools.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
• Professional certification: CPA / CMA / CFA preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 7–10 years in finance or accounting.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial or senior role.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or water treatment sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local financial laws, tax codes, and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, or QuickBooks).
