About Us: Pure Life Manufacturing is a leading company specializing in the design and manufacturing of FRP cartridge filters, RO pressure vessels and all filtrations’ systems. Committed to innovation and quality, we are seeking a skilled FRP Vessels Design Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Painting Technician with a robust background in mastic preparation and painting processes, particularly focusing on FRP and steel products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of coating materials, application techniques, and possess hands-on experience in ensuring the highest quality finishes.

Responsibilities:

1. Surface Preparation:
   • Conduct thorough surface preparation on FRP and steel products, including cleaning, sanding, and priming, to ensure optimal adhesion of coatings.
   • Assess surfaces for defects, rust, or imperfections and take appropriate measures to address them before painting.
2. Mastic Preparation:
   • Expertise in preparing mastic coatings suitable for FRP and steel applications.
   • Accurately measure and mix coating components to achieve desired properties and adhere to product specifications.
3. Coating Application:
   • Apply mastic coatings using various methods, such as spray, brush, or roller, ensuring even coverage and a smooth finish.
   • Monitor environmental conditions and adjust application techniques to optimize coating adhesion and drying.
4. Quality Control:
   • Conduct regular inspections of painted surfaces to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
   • Identify and rectify any defects or imperfections promptly.
5. Equipment Maintenance:
   • Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment to ensure proper functionality and longevity.
   • Report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly to the supervisor.
6. Safety Compliance:
   • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols related to painting and coating processes.
   • Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe working environment.
7. Documentation:
   • Maintain accurate records of paint quantities used, application methods, and other relevant data.
   • Collaborate with the quality control team to document and address any deviations from quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Painting Technician with a focus on FRP and steel products.
• In-depth knowledge of mastic preparation and application techniques.
• Familiarity with various types of coatings and their compatibility with different substrates.
• Ability to interpret and follow product specifications and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification or relevant vocational training is a plus.
