About Us: Pure Life Manufacturing is a leading company specializing in the design and manufacturing of FRP cartridge filters, RO pressure vessels and all filtrations’ systems. Committed to innovation and quality, we are seeking a skilled FRP Vessels Design Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced FRP Pipe Fitter Laminator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FRP filament winding, FRP lamination, and assembly of FRP pressure vessels. As an integral part of our manufacturing process, you will contribute to the production of high-quality FRP products that meet our client’s specifications.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct FRP filament winding operations according to production schedules and quality standards.
2. Perform FRP lamination tasks, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.
3. Assemble and fit FRP components, including but not limited to pressure vessels, cartridge filters, and RO systems.
4. Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance product quality.
5. Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to guide FRP pipe fitting and lamination activities.
6. Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring compliance with quality control standards.
7. Maintain and operate FRP manufacturing equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
8. Adhere to workplace safety regulations and contribute to a culture of safety within the manufacturing facility.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an FRP Pipe Fitter Laminator in a manufacturing environment.
2. Strong expertise in FRP filament winding and FRP lamination processes.
3. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
4. Proficient in the assembly of FRP pressure vessels, cartridge filters, and RO systems.
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. Prior experience with FRP manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant certifications in FRP pipe fitting and lamination are desirable.
