Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FRP Vessels Design Engineer to join our innovative team. As a FRP Vessels Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, calculations, and development of FRP pressure vessels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Studies:
- Conduct calculations in accordance with standards such as ASTM, AWWAM45, ISO, EN13121-3, BS, ASMEX & RTP1, Eurocodes 1, Eurocode2, Eurocodes3, Eurocode4, Eurocode8.
- Perform finite element calculations to ensure structural integrity.
- Procedure Development:
- Elaborate procedures for lamination and welding in FRP vessels manufacturing.
- Develop manuals for product use and handling.
- Create documents for risk analysis.
- Technical Data and Documentation:
- Prepare notes on the calculation of FRP pressure tanks, storage tanks, cartridge filters, thermal process tanks, road tanks, etc.
- Provide technical data required for costing and production phases.
- Develop technical files to launch business initiatives.
- Supervision and Leadership:
- Supervise and lead all technical activities within the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of FRP vessels and related products.
- Proficient in calculations based on FRP vessels industry standards and finite element analysis.
- Strong knowledge of lamination and welding procedures.
- Experience in developing manuals, technical files, and risk analysis documents.
- Ability to provide technical data for costing and production.
- Leadership skills to supervise and lead technical activities.
