Job Overview: we are seeking a skilled Steel Machining and Cutting Technician to join our dynamic team. The Steel Machining and Cutting Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our steel products.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and Maintain Machinery:
   • Utilize lathe machines and milling machines for precision steel machining and cutting.
   • Ensure proper setup, calibration, and operation of equipment.
2. Material Handling:
   • Select and prepare materials for machining and cutting processes.
   • Safely handle and transport raw materials and finished products.
3. Quality Assurance:
   • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
   • Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on machinery.
4. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with engineering and production teams to understand project requirements.
   • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize manufacturing processes.
5. Safety Compliance:
   • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while operating machinery.
   • Report any safety issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

1. Experience:
   • Proven experience as a Steel Machining and Cutting Technician.
   • Proficient in operating lathe machines and milling machines.
2. Technical Skills:
   • Strong knowledge of steel machining and cutting processes.
   • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
3. Attention to Detail:
   • Keen attention to detail for precision machining and cutting.
   • Commitment to delivering high-quality products.
4. Safety Conscious:
   • Strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
   • Proactive in identifying and addressing safety concerns.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification or relevant vocational training is a plus.
