About Us: Pure Life Manufacturing is a leading company specializing in the design and manufacturing of FRP cartridge filters, RO pressure vessels and all filtrations’ systems. Committed to innovation and quality, we are seeking a skilled FRP Vessels Design Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented FRP Vessels Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design and drafting of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) vessels used in water filtration systems. Responsibilities:

1. Drafting and Design: Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings of FRP pressure vessels using AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to interpret design specifications and ensure accurate representation in drawings.
3. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of design changes, specifications, and any relevant information.
4. Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
5. Drafting of technical documents which detail the product data organization of test or control phases before the launch of manufacture.
6. Preparation of the debitage of the products to ensure the launch.
7. Preparation of product launch files for the various production workshops.
8. Ensure purchases of needs of each project according to customer requirement.
9. Ensure coordination between the different workshops.
10. Drive and supervise [FRP Piping assembly], [FRP Vessel assembly], [Assembly inspection] in the field to ensure that the tasks are carried out correctly.
11. Diagnose problems in real time in order to transmit them to the hierarchy to find appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience: 3 years of experience in drafting FRP vessels for manufacturing.
3. Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar drafting software.
4. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
5. Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
