Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced FRP Filament Winding Machine Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in FRP filament winding operations, FRP lamination, and assembly of FRP pressure vessels. As a key contributor to our manufacturing process, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality FRP products that meet our client’s specifications.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain FRP filament winding machines to ensure optimal performance.
2. Conduct FRP filament winding operations according to production schedules and quality standards.
3. Perform FRP lamination tasks with precision and adherence to design specifications.
4. Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance product quality.
5. Assemble and fit FRP components, specifically focusing on pressure vessels, within specified guidelines.
6. Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to guide FRP filament winding and lamination activities.
7. Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring compliance with quality control standards.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FRP filament winding machines.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an FRP Filament Winding Machine Technician in a manufacturing environment.
2. Strong expertise in FRP filament winding operations and FRP lamination processes.
3. Familiarity with the assembly of FRP pressure vessels and related components.
4. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. Familiarity with safety protocols and adherence to workplace safety regulations.

Education and Certifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant certifications in FRP filament winding and machine operation are desirable.
